I can honestly say that we are highly satisfied DCU customers (back then and now)!! My husband and I moved across country for several years and unfortunately we never found another banking facility which provided the exemplary customer service we were accustomed to receiving from DCU. When we returned to New England, there was no doubt in our minds that the DCU was the banking facility we wanted to handle our financial needs! Recently, I was in need of financial advice and had the great pleasure of meeting with your Member Service Specialists, Robyn Vanloo, at the South Willow Branch. Robyn was absolutely brilliant!! Immediately, she was able to put my mind at ease. She listened to my concerns/needs, answering all my questions while addressing them in a very professional, knowledgeable and efficient manner! She went above and beyond, providing options and offering suggestions that might better suit my needs. All in all, it was an extremely positive and pleasant experience working with Robyn! When I left her office, I felt confident that I had received sound financial advice which empowered me to make the right choice! Thank you DCU, for once again being there for us and for employing such an exemplary, valued person as Robyn Vanloo!

My company is part of the select employer group program, and have hosted various seminars to our employees about the value of banking with DCU. A number of my employees, including myself, have made the switch to DCU and use multiple products. Can I walk in and get loan help?

My boyfriend and I are trying to get pre-approved for a mortgage loan, but we are getting confused with the process. If we do the free pre-approval online do we have to pay if we get approved? Could we just come into the branch and talk to someone about getting pre-approved or do we need to make an appointment?

Does this or any of the branches have safe deposit boxes?

The Manchester Branch does not have Safe Deposit Boxes available. Our Leominster, MA and Merrimack, NH Branches have Safe Deposit Boxes. To check availability or to be placed on a wait list you may visit the branch in person or contact us by phone at (800) 328-8797.
