Reordering your current checks with a new design
If you are reordering your current DCU checks, and would like to choose from the full selection of designs available and customize your check, log into Online Banking and go to Account Manager, Manage Accounts, General, then select Check Order.

Reordering current checks without changes
If you are reordering checks, and you have no changes to request, click here. You'll need DCU's routing and transit number (211391825) and your account number.

You can find your member number in any of the following three ways:

  • You can find you member number on any current statements you have with DCU; ie: Mortgage, Visa or account statement.
  • You may call DCU at 800.328.8797 and speak to a Member Service Representative and request to have your member number mailed to you.
  • You can visit any DCU Branch with a valid photo ID to obtain your member number.

There are several ways to qualify for membership at DCU.

  1. Eligibility by Family Relationship to a Current DCU Member
    Relatives of DCU members are eligible to join if they are a spouse, domestic partner, child, sibling, parent, grandparent, or grandchild of a member. This includes stepchildren, stepparents, step siblings, and adopted children.
  2. Eligibility by Community
    You are automatically eligible to join DCU if you live, work, worship, or attend school in one of the communities found on our Eligibility page. Any business or other legal entity located in one of these areas is also automatically eligible to join.
  3. Eligibility by the Company You Work for or Retired From
    You are eligible to join if you fit within any of these three groups:
    • You currently work for or retired from a company in our list of participating employers found on our Eligibility page.
    • You have a family relationship (as described above) to a non-member who currently works for or retired from a company or organization in our list of participating employers.
    • You are the spouse of someone who died while they worked for or were retired from a company or organization in our list of participating employers.
  4. Eligibility by Organization You Belong To
    You are eligible to join if you fit within any of these three groups:
    • You currently belong to or join an organization whose members we serve found on our Eligibility page.
    • You have a family relationship (as described above) to a non-member who belongs to an organization in our list of participating organizations.
    • You are the spouse of someone who died while they belonged to an organization in our list of participating organizations.

You can also make deposits from your smart phone by registering for Mobile Online Deposit. The only thing you need to deposit checks into your accounts is an Apple iPhone or an Android powered smartphone with a built-in camera. (You must be a registered Online Deposit user to use Mobile Online Deposit)

DCU can provide the best rates on loans when collateral is pledged as security for the loan until the loan is repaid. Among these loans are mortgages, home equity loans, auto loans, boat loans, and RV loans.

Whenever such property is pledged as collateral, we require that the property be insured against loss and that we are identified as the lienholder. We require proof this insurance exists as described in your loan agreement.
