She also was very helpful in helping my wife and I look at a plan to pay down our debt by taking advantage of the DCU Credit card and the balance transfer. This DCU experience was the first time I ever walked into a Banking institution and felt like someone really wanted to help me. Thank you Saroj.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best bank ever I was introduced to DCU a few years back for a car loan. They have the BEST rates hands down. But then I found that they have extraordinary service and accounts. I challenge anyone to find a bank anywhere else that can match what they offer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Location I prefer the Lexington branch. The building is easy to find, great atmosphere, and knowledgeable staff. I found this branch because my debit card had been compromised, went through the process to cancel it, and the card printer was down at my usual branch! So, they referred me to Lexington. And I've been going there ever since. The waiting area is great - you do not feel like you are waiting at a bank. Just something that simple changes, improves, my experience going to the bank. And the folks working there are great -friendly, accommodating, and informative.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Opening new accounts After moving to Lexington from California 2 years ago, I decided to open an account locally. My girlfriend has been with DCU for a little while now and said how great it is. I visited the Lexington location and was greeted right away. After signing in Jaeok came over and introduced herself. We sat and talked about checking and saving accounts.. Once we finished the paperwork for those accounts she let me know about the low rate credit card so I could transfer my other card on to it. Lastly she showed me the website and the best way to navigate through it. Jaeok was extremely polite, friendly and professional. I am more than impressed with the service I recieved today.
