She was very patient, and even made me a new debit card while we were waiting for the information we needed. She also gave a great lunch recommendation. Rated 5 out of 5 by from The customer service was great. I went to two different placesto refinance my car and they didnt do much for me. Then, i went to dcu with bharati shah and i felt like family. She help my through the whole process. She did the most that she could to help me. I though i was going to put some cash down since my car was more expensizve then the book value but she even help me get the loan for the whole amount. She is great. She helped me even with my online banking and she set me up with everything that i needed. She did a really great job. Everytime i go there i want her to take care of me. It was a nice experience having her as my representative.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from They help out fast and easy! I needed a car loan and was directed to go to DCU. As soon as I entered I was greeted with a smile and it took off from there. They helped me open a membership, get an auto loan and a credit card. The credit card made me really happy since I have applied for other cards and was denied because I had no credit. DCU was able to get me the loan and credit in the same day The whole process was quick and easy , as well as fully explained. I left the building in an hour with full satisfaction. I would recommend DCU to anyone , especially those who applied for a loan at bigger bank and unions and got denied.

How to set up an appointment to refinace a car loan?

I would like to set up an appointment to refinace my car loan at the Andover branch. Who do I contact to do that?

I just went in there in the morning with my pay stubs and got my money in less than an hour. No appointment and fast service you should try that.

Safe Deposit Boxes are available at our Leominster, MA and Merrimack, NH Branches only. Most are fully rented at this time, with the exception of three sized 5"x 5"x 24" ($60 per year) and three sized 3"x 5"x 24" ($20 per year) at our Leominster, MA Branch.
