She explained the various types of loans available to us and which one might suit our needs the best. Darlene was very courteous and took her time with us so we didn't feel rushed. Best of all, we had the money in our account before we left. This enabled us to go ahead and order A new furnace which we needed to replace after thirty years. We were also able to update A few items in the house to make life easier on us and to have A little extra left over for emergencies. August 14, 2016

My boyfriend and I are trying to get pre-approved for a mortgage loan, but we are getting confused with the process. If we do the free pre-approval online do we have to pay if we get approved? Could we just come into the branch and talk to someone about getting pre-approved or do we need to make an appointment?

I'm sure you could just walk into the branch and they would be glad to help you that's what I have done with multiple auto loans. No appointment set or anything.

Applying for a Mortgage pre-approval is free. Once you submit your purchase and sales agreement for the property you wish to purchase, the $300 application fee will need to be paid. You may visit a Branch to set up an appointment or call us at 800/328-8797 option 3 to proceed with your application with a representative by phone now.
