Beyond Great customer service!
After a few unsuccessful attempts of submitting online inquiries, I decided to work with a branch directly. I had the pleasure of working with Cindy L who went above and beyond to make sure all my issues and concerns were addressed. I am so pleased with how my account was handled by Cindy. I will absolutely recommend DCU to my friends and family.

The way a bank should be!
I just recently became a member with DCU and I am already way more impressed than I was ever with my old bank. From the way I was welcomed when I walked in, all the way to setting up my membership! Great services at DCU and even better customer experience all around, especially in the Manchester NH branch.

I'm pretty much speechless as to what DCU has to offer. I can't believe I did not join sooner. The services offered are second to none.
My experience opening up my account was amazing. Vanessa was so friendly and helpful it was too much for me to process. She saved me over $5000.
I am now going to bring all of my banking over to DCU and tell all my family and friends about the great experience I had.

Absolutely fantastic customer service!
I've had a checking & savings account with DCU for two years, & they have always been extremely helpful & friendly. I recently applied for a credit card because I wanted to start building credit after years of putting everything in my husband's name. Because I hadn't had any credit in years, my FICO score was a "0". Robyn Vanloo took the time to talk with me, assess my situation & then personally recommended DCU extend me credit. It was so refreshing to be treated as person from another person, not just be assessed as a number by a computer. She then took the time to explain to me steps I could take to improve my credit in a short amount of time & walked me step-by-step through setting up my online banking. I HIGHLY recommend DCU!

Quick, courteous, knowledable, percise
I like the speed of service; this comes with knowledgeable personal and if an associate is with someone, I find they finish up with them efficiently and they don't delay with moving on to the next customer.
I'm in the waiting area and I get told that "Someone will be right with you", so I know I'm at least acknowledged and shortly after I'm being waited on.
I know I made the right choice from changing from the Bank of Citizen Institution to DCU as my financial institution, by having a stake in the firm, prompt service, knowledgeable associates, entitled to a plethora of services, and so much more...
