I came into DCU Littleton with a problem with accessing my on-line account. After waiting for someone from the office to come out, then sitting with someone in the office who couldn't help me, I went out and encountered Solange. I needed to move money around since I couldn't access my on-line account. When I explained to Solange what my issue was she was able to help. She made some calls and tried some different things on the computer and figured it out! She is always so pleasant and helpful.

It was really pleasure experience once gain! I was working with Ms Pravina and she is rich in information and very kind. I got the excellent service to meet my day for a car loan - all went fine and happy being with DCU!

Both David and Martha helped me last week. I came into the branch twice and both times was assisted promptly and efficiently, Thank you for making the auto purchasing process enjoyable. I'm happy to be a DCU for life. Thanks for all you guys do, it doesn't go unappreciated.

David H., the DCU representative who helped me on-site at the Littleton branch, was wonderfully helpful and professional.
I was setting up a checking account for a brand-new business, and David answered my questions and moved us through the process smoothly. He was able to answer all my questions and was a pleasure to work with. The entire procedure couldn't have been more straightforward. I was very pleasantly surprised.
Anyway, thank you for making the experience so easy and reassuring. I would highly recommend DCU's business checking accounts to anyone.

I am very happy with banking at DCU. I have had a car loan, checking/savings, and a travel trailer loan. I used to be a Citizen's Bank customer but the fees and the interest rates were much higher than DCU.
My greatest disappointment with the new location in Littleton is lack of access to a public bathroom. As an older customer, I would like DCU to consider this an important customer service in all of its branches.

Member Service representative Martha Lloret was very friendly and helped with setting up the new representative payee account for my special neds son, and even pproviiding the account number that I wanted.
She handled all the dettails explaining everything properly and making sure I uunderstood all that is required.
It is such Great Service, that I wish every other bank could provide

DCU has been providing excellent banking services to my family for over 18 years. I took that to be what DCU is. But over the last couple of weeks, I experienced a higher level of service well above and beyond my expectations, all thanks to Martha at the Littleton, MA branch.
She was very helpful, courteous, professional and above all, pleasant during my interactions regarding a car loan. She provided the auto loan check and sent it via courier service in no time for my family member (who is also a DCU member) purchasing a car out of state. However, as the car dealer would not accept an auto check, I had to go back a few days later. Martha understood the issue and was equally helpful in providing a banker's check instead.
Thanks a lot, Martha, for the wonderful services on both the occasions!
