I was referred by one of your tellers (Charlene) and spoke to Brittany about getting a second auto loan for a used vehicle I found. I had my boyfriend with me and he couldn't believe how quick and easy the process was. We went in Thursday night and had the vehicle registered and on the road Friday afternoon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent service at the branch I had to sort out the mortagage auto payment set-up that was not set up right. Julie at the branch did a fantastic job setting it right and getting my fund in the "no-man's land" in the right places. It was too bad that she had to go thru's much to correct someone else's mistake. Julie went beyond and above to get the system set up for me so that I can get the auto payment for my mortgage (required payment + extra principal I wanted to set up). Julie really does deserve special recognition for her work.

I walked into DCU to open an account and was walked through the process very professionally. Jaeok worked with me directly to see what the best way I could open an account was, and I had one within minutes. She really made sure I was taken care of, ensuring that I knew of all the account benefits and even ordering my first batch of checks before I had left. She also detailed out what additional information I would be receiving after opening an account and when I could expect it. I had a great experience to the point I've suggested DCU to a friend.
