When we walked to the DCU'S Framingham branch today to get a car loan for my daughter's First car. Specially after going through a Hard sales pitch at the dealership for an hour! Miss Kimberly Akkufo the customer service rep was a god sent angel !! She made us feel at home with her kindness and warmth.She made the application process so easy . Most important was her knowledge of the loaning process and how she made it actually so interesting that. We would never go anywhere else but to DCU for all our banking needs!! P.S. please, give her a nice raise . thank you.

He asked clear questions to determine my product needs and provided a comprehensive explanation of the process. He explained the process for the account setup, checks and access. How come I don't receive monthly bank statements for my checking and savings accounts?

I have never received any statement since I've been with DCU for my direct deposits.

If you are not receiving your statements by mail you are likely set up for Electronic Statements. Your statements can be viewed within Online Banking by selecting the ESTATEMENT Tab. If you would like to confirm your statement preference and are unable to do so through Online Banking please contact us directly.

I need to transfer money to your bank I have the BIC code. Now I am asked for the bank code (for Framingham DCU)

The information needed for electronically transferring funds to your DCU Account, which is not Branch specific, is DCU's routing and transit number, 211391825, and your member number for deposit to your Savings or the 8-digit Share Draft Conversion number at the bottom center of your checks for deposit to your Checking.

Is there always a notary available (like Fridays at 6:30pm) at this location?

All Branch locations provide Notary Public services available during business hours. When you visit the Branch, please ensure you have valid photo identification with you and take a seat in the lobby. The next available Member Service Representative, Assistant Manager, or Branch Manager will then help you.
