They helped me get on my feet with approving me with a personal loan when I had no credit what so ever. They also approved me for a car loan which totally helped me get back and forth taking my sick kids to the hospital. They then approved me for a credit card which was wonderful because it helped when I had no money for food and medicine. I Love banking with DCU and would recommend everyone to bank there. They also have great rates and discounts when your a member as well as great perks. I can't thank them enough for helping me out. Thank you DCU for all your services and keep doing what your doing. Everything your doing is great!!!!!! Thanks again I can't say enough about you guys. Your great!!!!!!

I have had to go into the branch on a few occasions (open a new account, discuss student loan refi, car loan, etc.) and every time I have been helped quickly, greeted professionally and made to feel like an actual person instead of just the name attached to the bank account. The staff are kind, knowledgeable and helpful each time. When I haven’t been able to understand what they are asking or telling me, they reword and explain. When they weren’t able to help me with something specific, they connected me with the right person and got me set up with everything I needed. I’ve been a member of a more commercial bank for ~20 years and I have always just been a number to them; at DCU I have never felt that way and have always left completely satisfied with my experiences there.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Prompt and Friendly Service I have been a member of DCU for more than 10 years. I recently stopped in to ask questions regarding an auto loan. My initial question was answered quickly. I applied for the loan online, but when I didn't hear back, I went back into the Framingham branch to find out why. The representative told me I was missing some paperwork, printed the forms and assured me all was approved as soon as I submitted the forms. I went back an hour later with the forms, and waited less than 2 minutes to be helped. I walked out with a check for the seller. I typically get prompt, friendly service at the Framingham branch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New member experience Very surprised to learn DCU's highly convenient hours! I went in to inquire about a car loan refinance at 2:40p on a Saturday. With only 20min until closing, Mr DeOliveria(?) was very personable and patient with my many questions all up against closing time. I was very please to leave as a new member. Working with Miss Lydiard the following week to refinance my car loan was a very smooth and enjoyable experience. I am looking forward to working with more of the DCU team in the future.

How come I don't receive monthly bank statements for my checking and savings accounts?

I have never received any statement since I've been with DCU for my direct deposits.

If you are not receiving your statements by mail you are likely set up for Electronic Statements. Your statements can be viewed within Online Banking by selecting the ESTATEMENT Tab. If you would like to confirm your statement preference and are unable to do so through Online Banking please contact us directly.

I need to transfer money to your bank I have the BIC code. Now I am asked for the bank code (for Framingham DCU)

The information needed for electronically transferring funds to your DCU Account, which is not Branch specific, is DCU's routing and transit number, 211391825, and your member number for deposit to your Savings or the 8-digit Share Draft Conversion number at the bottom center of your checks for deposit to your Checking.

Is there always a notary available (like Fridays at 6:30pm) at this location?

All Branch locations provide Notary Public services available during business hours. When you visit the Branch, please ensure you have valid photo identification with you and take a seat in the lobby. The next available Member Service Representative, Assistant Manager, or Branch Manager will then help you.
