After coming in and out of branches and calling on several occasions in order to confer with a representative in regards to some concerning incident that occurred with my account. I had been denied and ostrosized by those I spoke with prior although there was some efforts to assist me in my situation. Immediately upon meeting Mariah I could sense her genuineness and was her desire to assist me with formulating a viable course of action for my case. Alongside with being super polite and empathetic she excelled in all areas of interpersonal interactions with me. I hope Mariahs talents are effectively utilized to ensure a kosher and productive work environment. Rated 5 out of 5 by Love my bank I love this bank. They are helpful, convenient, and friendly each time I go and with the help of DCU I have been able to raise my credit score. I purchased a car and my husband thought we should go thru DCU for the loan instead of letting the car dealer look for the financing and the BEST decision!! We applied vale the loan via the phone because they were closed that day and the next day got an email with the approval and instructions to head into a branch to complete. We went to the branch on Shrewsbury St (Worcester Ma) thought it was going to be a long hassle but , it was so fast and easy and we got a much lower APR rate.. We got the check in minutes. The services they offer a great and the DCU phone App is very helpful. I highly recommend DCU and this particular branch. Make sure to get DCU app for your phone. April 23, 2016
