Rated 5 out of 5 by This branch has SUPERLATIVE staff. DCU gave me a chance when nobody else would, and my credit is steadily going up thanks to their good advice. Today I got a loan that will allow me to move to a nice new place and save hundreds each month on rent and bills. I'm extremely happy with the terms I received. I especially want to thank CHELSEA BANH, the member service person who helped me this morning. She is prompt, courteous, and I could really tell that she cares about her customers- a rare trait these days, and one that deserves to be rewarded. Chelsea and the rest of the Worcester Crossing branch team have gone above and beyond for me over and over, and I am happy to say I'm a member for life. November 28, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amanda Mack; Excellent customer service!! I walked into DCU last spring to replace a lost debit card when I had the pleasure of meeting Amanda. While I was waiting for the card to print out she noticed that I had been a member there for several years but never applied for a credit card, loan etc... I filled her in on the bad news- my credit was pretty bad and that I had actually been denied by them upon becoming a member for a car loan. She then took only a couple of minutes to explain to me a few simple things I could do to improve my score... one of those being a credit builder loan. I went back and met with her and decided to do it... Only a few months later I noticed a significant increase in my credit score and went back to her to see if I could maybe refinance my EXTREMELY high APR loan for my car... I was so excited when she told me that they could, in fact, do that... it dropped my APR more than half and my monthly payment by $90. Amanda took her time and explained in detail all of the things I had questions about and made me feel informed about every single step. She helped me address the parts of my credit history that were most important to improve my score and I am very grateful to her for that! Thanks again Amanda and DCU :) November 15, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Cannot say enough good things! I have been so happy since switching to DCU and have not had a negative experience since the switch! Robert Volent, specifically, is a life saver. He was so helpful with any and every little question I had and I could not be more grateful to have had his help when trying to decide on which loans to use and understanding what all the terms meant. Every time I have gone into a DCU I feel so welcomed and receive amazing service whether I'm the only one in the branch or they're overflowing with customers. Their rates are amazing and they are so willing to help you with anything you need! If you don't already have DCU, switch you will love it! And if you're able to definitely stop in to this branch or ask for Rob! March 1, 2016

Rated 3 out of 5 by Disappointed on customer service from tellers I went in for a cash deposit, I love this location because it is close to my house but as soon as I came in the two girls at the desk didn't even bother to greet me, they were more concerned about how slippery their chairs were and something else (odd conversation if you ask me). I know it is a new branch and new people but come on!! I have been a member since 2004 and this is how I get treated. I have never had a problem with the other branches making me feel appreciated for my business, I love DCU, great bank but need to reconfigure new employees customer service etiquette. March 15, 2016
