When I come into the branch, it really is like that 'Cheers' moment where everyone knows your name. She was very friendly and comprehensive in clarifying all the options, and making sure that all the i's were dotted and t's were crossed. She was very comprehensive and worked directly with the lending company that the DCU was to pay off to clarify some technical details, and made sure I understood the process. I highly recommend her if you need assistance at this branch. December 14, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Help to Customers I have been with DCU for over 15 years and the customer service has always been great.Here at this Nashua branch it is the best due to persons like Deborah Shimkonis Nowicki who always goes an extra mile to help the customers whether it is a car loan,refinancing or personal loan she educates the customer ,makes them understand what the commitements are before the approval of the loan.She treat the customers with compassion and does not hurry inspite of the busy schedule. They have always been very professional, helpful and pleasant to work with. I just had a wonderful experience with Deborah to purchase my automobile that was currently a lease. Rated 5 out of 5 by Never leaving again. I changed banks for my personal account after a marriage and kept my business accounts active with DCU. I also moved 30 min away from the Nashua branch I had used for 2 years, so I only periodically was at this location when in town. After over a year of being a regular weekly drop in, I was greeted by name by one of the tellers and they were all as friendly as ever. I had to check into guest services to apply for a new credit card too. Deborah was more than helpful with my unique tricky situation. Everyone is very professional and friendly here! Any time I've needed a notary, there has always been one available during the business day. In addition, the notary has always taken the time to explain what the witnessing of my documents might mean to/for me.

Is there a coin counter at the Branch? Or could I get some rolls and fill them up? How would I go about putting a large amount of coins into my account?
