Open quote I've been coming to this DCU branch on an almost daily occurrence for just about 6 years now and have been a DCU member for over 20 years. When I come into the branch, it really is like that 'Cheers' moment where everyone knows your name. I've been to other DCU branches in the MA/NH area in my travels which are great but the staff, service and location is why it's hard to beat this DCU location. Close quote

However, what I truly enjoyed best about my experience is that he interacted with me in a real manner. In other banking settings it feels as if I am speaking with a robot; Robert made my experience personal and was very down to Earth. I could tell he truly cared about my specific situation and that I was not just another number. I come back to this branch just because of him. There's always been one available when I requested one. I might add they helped me with my Power of Attorneys for Medical, and for my Will etc.

Is there a coin counter at the Branch? Or could I get some rolls and fill them up? How would I go about putting a large amount of coins into my account?
