When I come into the branch, it really is like that 'Cheers' moment where everyone knows your name. Rated 5 out of 5 by Never leaving again. I changed banks for my personal account after a marriage and kept my business accounts active with DCU. I also moved 30 min away from the Nashua branch I had used for 2 years, so I only periodically was at this location when in town. After over a year of being a regular weekly drop in, I was greeted by name by one of the tellers and they were all as friendly as ever. I had to check into guest services to apply for a new credit card too. Deborah was more than helpful with my unique tricky situation. Everyone is very professional and friendly here! I came in to open a checking account and ended up getting both a credit card and a car loan in addition to opening the checking account. She was very helpful and polite. Rated 5 out of 5 by Associates go above and beyond I went in to the Nashua branch today and spoke to Deborah about consolidating some outstanding credit card debt and what she was able to do for me has truly changed my life. Not only were we able to consolidate but she was able to get me a better rate on my auto loan. In addition to that, I expressed that I would like to own my first home in the next year or so and because of how resourceful and dedicated Deborah is, we were able to bring my unsecured debt to zero and make that a possibility. She went well beyond my expectations in this visit, worked with me for hours, was patient and personable, and DCU is truly very lucky to have her as part of the team. July 31, 2016

Any time I've needed a notary, there has always been one available during the business day. In addition, the notary has always taken the time to explain what the witnessing of my documents might mean to/for me.

Is there a coin counter at the Branch? Or could I get some rolls and fill them up? How would I go about putting a large amount of coins into my account?
