Extremely helpful and responsive service
Every time I have a question about a loan, home/auto insurance, my accounts, even my rewards points, I am able to simply email one of the member service people and I receive helpful answers the same day. Life is busy, and when I have an issue or a question related to banking, it's infinitely better to be able to simply pop off an email and put it out of my mind, rather than being tethered to an automated phone queue like you would at one of the big chain banks.
Jonathan Gonzalez-Stonesifer and Mona Stevens are my go-to people at DCU, and they have helped me time and again with all manner of banking needs. Highly recommend them both, and keep up the fantastic customer service DCU!

The way banking should be, and how customers should be treated.
Unbelievably friendly, helpful people.
They gave me the best rate possible on my new car loan, and their available services are more than I could want or need.
Reshna, in particular, was outstanding, and I had my new checking account, debit/check card, and a new credit card - all in my pocket - in less than 20 minutes - and in that time, she also had time to chat with me - not just banking, but a really nice conversation.
I've NEVER had such a great experience at a bank in over 30 years of banking in other places...

Jonny was very friendly and made me feel welcome in a branch that I had only been into a couple of times. I was surprised with the quality of service and speed of the processing even though I have been with DCU for a few years now. I highly recommend DCU to all of my family and friends.

Customer Service with a Smile
From watching TV commercials about DCU - I experienced the good feeling of my business being wanted - not just used by the big banks. When you have been a good customer for many years and then when big banks started taking hits, then you get hit with exhorbinate fees - you can't wait to find a better resource. Vicki V made you welcome., could handle all the problems presented and remembers who you are. She and DCU are a great fit for my business.
I not only switched my business account, but personal as well. Plus, let others know about DCU.

Had the best banking experience!
I walked in to open a checking account, and was fortunate to meet Prema Mathews . She was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Not only did she give all the information about a checking account, but she helped me with other products at the bank. I learned what I could qualify for, and also what would be ideal for me. I walked out of the branch that day feeling that I just had the best banking experience of my life!

i walked into DCU in Burlington hoping to refinance my car, as soon as i walked in i was greeted by Jonathon Stonesifer who was very welcoming and friendly. I was able to refinance my car and save myself huge money thanks to him and he made me feel very comfortble throughout the whole process. I highly recommend him if you need help with an auto refinance loan he will make sure he helps you out and he can answer any questions or concerns you have!
