"A Delightful Experience"

Open quote We happened to visit the Burlington branch for a free shredder event recently and now our mortgage account is with DCU. It should speak volumes about how good we felt about the branch and the team. The associates were so warm and helpful. They made the whole process appear simple and hassle free. Burlington has a great team and we are proud to bank with DCU. Close quote

"The people at DCU Burlington are problem solvers!"

Open quote You will not find a better group of banking professionals anywhere! I deal with three other banks and this DCU branch by far restored my faith in financial institutions. They were extremely helpful and turned around my loan in less than 48 hours. Close quote

Rated 5 out of 5 by Easy vehicle loan w/ great rate & service from Prema M! Went into the Burlington DCU today and was given exceptionally helpful service by Prema M. She helped me get a great rate and term on my auto loan, and got me set up with a super-low interest credit card as well. She was not only very helpful with my banking needs, but also very friendly and engaging as well. The Burlington branch is a very nice, new building in an easy-to-find location. Highly recommend Prema and the DCU branch. December 11, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best banking experience EVER!! I went in to the Burlington DCU branch to see if I can transfer my card balances to a DCU card. I was served by Sarah, a member service rep who explained the entire process to me clearly. The entire transaction was fast. December 5, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by A Bank with Humane Character. As I was waiting figuring out what I needed to do next, someone was already there to help. I felt a homely mood in this branch. I have experienced this since I shifted and made the branch my new banking home. Good staff, right from customer care to the cashiers, very engaging with positive stand point. November 21, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by Re-Finance Auto Loan - Great Customer Service I went to DCU to re-finance my auto-line to take cash-out. It was a pleasure working with Prema. She was knowledgable, courteous and made the whole process a pleasant experience. I have been a DCU customer for several years and will continue to be one due to customer experiences like the one Prema provided today. October 31, 2015

Answer:
You could read the manual that came with your printer or, if you don't have it, google the model name of your printer plus the word TWAIN and see what comes up.

Answer:
To scan directly into the PC Deposit website a member must have a TWAIN Compliant scanner that is physically connected to the member's computer with a cord. You may perform a Google search of your scanners make and model to confirm it has a TWAIN driver.

Do I give it back to the originator? Do I keep it for my records? Typically checks are returned to the bank they are drawn on.

Answer:
You don't have to, but I like to write "DEPOSITED" across the front with maybe the date, and file it away with my other receipts. You can just throw it away if you would like. The copy you made with your phone is the only thing returned electronically to the originating bank along with the DCU debit notice information. If you deposit the check at DCU, they scan it and return the scanned copy to the originating bank, and destroy the original check.

Answer:
You must securely store each original check for a period of sixty (60) days after the check has been deposited. After sixty days, you must destroy the original check. Scanned checks must not be submitted into ATMs or sent to Mail Branch.

Answer:
You may not have the scanned/picture image, but you should still have the check. Don't throw the checks away, file them for future reference. I just write "Deposited" across the front of the check and the date.

Answer:
In order to view images for items deposited through PC Deposit, you would want to login to PC Branch and click the PC Deposit tab as if you were initiating a new online check deposit. You would then click the Deposit History link within PC Deposit to view images submitted and accepted for deposit.

Answer:
If I looked a little bit on this one I could probably give you a better answer but I think you can find that answer by going to the top and press one of the corresponding windows. I am pretty sure you can transfer money overseas. I think there is a fee involved but have no idea how many times or if there is a limit to how many times. As far as rate of exchange I know nothing about that. I would ask my service manager that question. Sorry I could not help you more.

Answer:
You may complete an International Wire Transfer at any time for the funds available in your DCU accounts. The fee is $40 for International Wire Transfers sent in Foreign Currency and $50 if sent in US Currency. The exchange rate is determined by our third party service at the time funds are sent.
