"A Delightful Experience"

Open quote We happened to visit the Burlington branch for a free shredder event recently and now our mortgage account is with DCU. It should speak volumes about how good we felt about the branch and the team. The associates were so warm and helpful. They made the whole process appear simple and hassle free. Burlington has a great team and we are proud to bank with DCU. Close quote

"The people at DCU Burlington are problem solvers!"

Open quote You will not find a better group of banking professionals anywhere! I deal with three other banks and this DCU branch by far restored my faith in financial institutions. They were extremely helpful and turned around my loan in less than 48 hours. Close quote

Great service. Jonny was very friendly and made me feel welcome in a branch that I had only been into a couple of times. I was surprised with the quality of service and speed of the processing even though I have been with DCU for a few years now. I highly recommend DCU to all of my family and friends. April 7, 2015
Customer Service with a Smile From watching TV commercials about DCU - I experienced the good feeling of my business being wanted - not just used by the big banks. When you have been a good customer for many years and then when big banks started taking hits, then you get hit with exhorbinate fees - you can't wait to find a better resource. Vicki V made you welcome., could handle all the problems presented and remembers who you are. She and DCU are a great fit for my business. I not only switched my business account, but personal as well. Plus, let others know about DCU. April 4, 2015
Had the best banking experience! I walked in to open a checking account, and was fortunate to meet Prema Mathews . She was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Not only did she give all the information about a checking account, but she helped me with other products at the bank. I learned what I could qualify for, and also what would be ideal for me. I walked out of the branch that day feeling that I just had the best banking experience of my life! March 25, 2015
Excellent service i walked into DCU in Burlington hoping to refinance my car, as soon as i walked in i was greeted by Jonathon Stonesifer who was very welcoming and friendly. I was able to refinance my car and save myself huge money thanks to him and he made me feel very comfortble throughout the whole process. I highly recommend him if you need help with an auto refinance loan he will make sure he helps you out and he can answer any questions or concerns you have! March 16, 2015
More comfortable with DCU I have had businesses with so many financial institutions, but DCU shows differences and means to satisfy people's expections March 10, 2015
Great Customer Service and Deals! I came here for an auto loan and was helped by Jonny. I came in once for informational purposes, and again about a week later to actually open an account. Jonny remembered me right away. He was very helpful and answered all my questions as well as advised me on certain deals that would save me money. He made the process of taking out a large auto loan not so scary and was extremely helpful! I was also impressed with the great deals I got when signing up for an account and a loan (low interest rate, no fees, etc.) and would highly recommend DCU to friends! Thanks Jonny!! March 3, 2015
Refi Car Loan When I walked into DCU to see if I would rewrite my car loan with lower interest, I was sure this would not happen. It was my lucky day when I met with Prema Matthews. She could see that I was anxious about getting this done. She put me at ease...asked all the right questions, told me she was going to be able to help me. Guess what...she did!! Never have i had such a pleasant experience at any bank. Hats off to Prema and great customer service. I am a DCU happy customer that will be telling everyone about DCU. February 23, 2015

Answer:
You could read the manual that came with your printer or, if you don't have it, google the model name of your printer plus the word TWAIN and see what comes up.

Answer:
To scan directly into the PC Deposit website a member must have a TWAIN Compliant scanner that is physically connected to the member's computer with a cord. You may perform a Google search of your scanners make and model to confirm it has a TWAIN driver.

Do I give it back to the originator? Do I keep it for my records? Typically checks are returned to the bank they are drawn on.

Answer:
You don't have to, but I like to write "DEPOSITED" across the front with maybe the date, and file it away with my other receipts. You can just throw it away if you would like. The copy you made with your phone is the only thing returned electronically to the originating bank along with the DCU debit notice information. If you deposit the check at DCU, they scan it and return the scanned copy to the originating bank, and destroy the original check.

Answer:
You must securely store each original check for a period of sixty (60) days after the check has been deposited. After sixty days, you must destroy the original check. Scanned checks must not be submitted into ATMs or sent to Mail Branch.

I no longer have access to the scanned image and am trying to verify if a check was deposited. I have a reference number for the suspected deposit.

Answer:
You may not have the scanned/picture image, but you should still have the check. Don't throw the checks away, file them for future reference. I just write "Deposited" across the front of the check and the date.

Answer:
In order to view images for items deposited through PC Deposit, you would want to login to PC Branch and click the PC Deposit tab as if you were initiating a new online check deposit. You would then click the Deposit History link within PC Deposit to view images submitted and accepted for deposit.

Answer:
We are unable to accept foreign checks through PC Deposit since we need the physical check to send out for processing. Processing on a foreign check can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks since it processes through US Regulations and the country of origin as well.

You can mail this check to us at DCU 220 Donald Lynch Blvd, Marlborough, MA 01752. Once we receive this we will initiate the process for collection on it.
