FREE Paper Shredding Events
Shredder Days at DCU
Do you have documents containing sensitive and personal information taking up space in your home? Are you looking for a safe and secure way to dispose of these documents for free? We have great news for you!
DCU has partnered with E.L. Harvey to offer FREE Personal Paper Shredding so you can safely destroy your documents containing sensitive and personal information. No sign up necessary. Simply show up with your documents to be shredded and E.L. Harvey & Sons, a professional document destruction company, will take care of the rest.

Guests are encouraged to support our collection drive, held in conjunction with this Shred Event, by bringing donations of the following items:
- Household cleaning supplies: dish soap, sponges, Lysol/disinfectant wipes or spray, all-purpose cleaner, floor cleaner, hand soap
- Laundry care items: laundry detergent, dryer sheets, small dustpans
- Personal hygiene products: shampoo, body wash, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, denture cleaner
- Paper goods: toilet paper, paper towels
All donated items will benefit our partner, Waypoint NH, support their mission of “helping Granite Staters find paths to brighter futures.”
