Fixed-rate loans – Borrow for 1 to 4 family residences, second homes and investments properties.
ARM loans – Borrow for 1 to 4 family primary residences. Your principal and interest payment and rate will be fixed for the first 5, 7, or 10 years, depending on the term you choose, and then adjust to a new rate and payment that can change periodically after that.
