* "Studs-In" (Bare Walls) Coverage - that according to the condo association by-laws, the master policy, obtained by the association, only provides coverage for the external structure from the studs outward, with respect to condominium unit. I also understand that my condo owner's insurance policy will provide me with unit owner's coverage based upon the estimated replacement cost of the dwelling as acceptable.

** "All-In" Coverage (Single Entity) - that according to the condo association by-laws, the master policy, obtained by the association, provides coverage for the entire physical structure of my condominium unit. I also understand that my condo owner's insurance policy will only provide me with $5,000 of unit owner's coverage for any part of the structural dwelling.
