Upcoming Payments Downtime
Important Account Alert - Certain features will be unavailable in Online & Mobile Banking.
In advance of our conversion to our new Digital Banking platform, please note that certain payment features will be unavailable in Online and Mobile Banking.
Please see the schedule below:
- eBills -will be shut off on Friday, 2/25/2022 at 4:00PM (ET). An eBill is an electronic version of a paper bill that you have opted into, which arrives from the biller directly to your Bill Pay within DCU’s Online and Mobile Banking. Please be aware that if you have an eBill that triggers a payment to your biller, you will need to manually set up your payment directly with the biller. eBills can be set up again starting Monday, 3/7/2022.
- Scheduled Recurring Transfers (SRTs) – you will be unable to set up new scheduled recurring transfers starting Thursday, 3/3/2022 at 4:00PM (ET). SRTs are scheduled recurring transfers between your DCU accounts that you set up prior to this downtime. Previously set up SRTs will continue to process as scheduled. This feature will be available again starting Monday,3/7/2022.
- Bill Pay – you will be unable to set up new payments within Bill Pay starting Thursday, 3/3/2022 at 4:00PM (ET). Previously set up bill payments will continue to process as scheduled. This feature will be available again starting Monday, 3/7/2022.
- Cash Edge, People Pay (P2P), and Payment Center – will be shut off on Thursday, 3/3/2022 at 4:00PM (ET). These types of payments can be set up again starting Monday, 3/7/2022.
During this time, you will still be able to access your accounts, view your account history, and make one-time internal payments and transfers.
