Online Banking and System Scheduled Maintenance

Planned service outages that may affect you

Occasionally, we need to take Online Banking offline for software upgrades, equipment upgrades, and testing. We intentionally schedule these outages for the times of the day and month where usage is lowest. Most members are never affected. If you do use Online Banking in the late night or early morning hours, you'll want to regularly check this page for planned service outages that might affect you.


Bill Payer Maintenance:

Bill Payer will be intermittently unavailable during the following times. Please arrange to submit transactions before or after this scheduled maintenance.

  • Sundays, from 3:00am to 7:00am (EDT)

Online Banking System Maintenance:

Certain functions in DCU Online Banking and the Mobile App will be intermittently unavailable during the following times:

  • Sunday, August 27th, from 12:30am to 4:30am (EDT)
  • Sunday, September 10th, from 12:30am to 4:30am (EDT)
  • Saturday, September 23rd from 11:00pm (EDT) to
    Sunday, September 24th 7:00am (EDT)
  • Sunday, October 8th, from 12:30am to 4:30am (EDT)
  • Sunday, October 22nd, from 12:30am to 4:30am (EDT)
  • Sunday, November 12th, from 12:30am to 4:30am (EST)
  • Sunday, November 26th, from 12:30am to 4:30am (EST)
  • Sunday, December 10th, from 12:30am to 4:30am (EST)
