Online Banking and System Scheduled Maintenance
Planned service outages that may affect you
Occasionally, we need to take Online Banking offline for software upgrades, equipment upgrades, and testing. We intentionally schedule these outages for the times of the day and month where usage is lowest. Most members are never affected. If you do use Online Banking in the late night or early morning hours, you'll want to regularly check this page for planned service outages that might affect you.
Bill Payer Maintenance:
Bill Payer will be intermittently unavailable during the following times. Please arrange to submit transactions before or after this scheduled maintenance.
- Sundays, from 3:00am to 7:00am (EDT)
Certain functions in DCU Online Banking and the Mobile App will be intermittently unavailable during the following times:
- Sunday, October 28th, from 12:30am to 4:30am (EDT)
- Sunday, November 4th, from 12:30am to 4:30am (EST)
- Sunday, November 25th, from 12:30am to 4:30am (EST)
In addition, Easy Touch Telephone Teller will be intermittently unavailable during this time. Please arrange to submit transactions before or after this scheduled maintenance.
