I needed something within the week, and she was able to help me within a DAY! Please recognize her kindness, caring and professionalism. This branch is a “well-oiled machine” in my opinion. I have been a part of DCU for about 10 months now, and right from day one, I have been serviced with the friendliest and most helpful staff anyone could ask for. They told me what to do after opening an account with them, how to manage my money and to raise my credit score efficiently. After a couple months, I've set up direct deposit with them, opened up loans for both personal and auto, and they've helped me raise my credit limit. Everyone there has been great and I always feel welcome.

My mobile banking maximum deposit amount is $500.00, making it impossible for me to utilize this service. How am I able to increase this amount?

You would need to contact DCU by phone, weekdays 8am-5pm ET, at 508/263-6700 or 800/328-8797 option 5, for help with having a temporary increase provided to allow for the check deposit to be made at that time.
