Rated 5 out of 5 by from Jaclyn Saved Me 17 Car Payments She was so incredibly patient and very knowledgeable - I was able to save 17 car payments. yes - let THAT sink in for a minute! A year and a half knocked off of my brand new Chevy Cruze Hatchback - just by refinancing from GM Financial. I was able to keep all of my GM incentives if I made 4 car payments through them and then I refinanced through DCU. I have been a member for 6 years and my father - many many more, Jaclyn really took her time to find me the best deal that she could - and I am so very grateful! Truly Truly. My father has multiple accounts there and everyone is always SO tentative and know him by name. I highly recommned this branch - and if you need any special one on one attention for your banking needs - Jaclyn is your gal!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great member service !! I came in today for a car loan very close to closing not sure if it was too late in the day to complete my loan . Not only was my loan completed quickly but I had amazing member service from Rachel. She was not bothered at all that it was the end of the day which is a huge change from other places I have been to close to closing time . She made me feel comfortable asking questions and walked me through the whole car loan process. I love Dcu and today was just a reminder why I never go anywhere else for my banking.

My mobile banking maximum deposit amount is $500.00, making it impossible for me to utilize this service. How am I able to increase this amount?

You would need to contact DCU by phone, weekdays 8am-5pm ET, at 508/263-6700 or 800/328-8797 option 5, for help with having a temporary increase provided to allow for the check deposit to be made at that time.
