The staff was very friendly and made sure I was not waiting long to be helped. Victor was very friendly and made it easy to understand the new products I have now that will help me currently with my finances, as well as in the future. He also helped me understand the mobile app so I can view my account and the dates I need to pay attention to so I can make my payments on time. Everyone needs to build credit and DCU has made me feel comfortable that I can achieve good credit and save money safely and smartly.

How come I don't receive monthly bank statements for my checking and savings accounts?

I have never received any statement since I've been with DCU for my direct deposits.

If you are not receiving your statements by mail you are likely set up for Electronic Statements. Your statements can be viewed within Online Banking by selecting the ESTATEMENT Tab. If you would like to confirm your statement preference and are unable to do so through Online Banking please contact us directly.

I need to transfer money to your bank I have the BIC code. Now I am asked for the bank code (for Framingham DCU)

The information needed for electronically transferring funds to your DCU Account, which is not Branch specific, is DCU's routing and transit number, 211391825, and your member number for deposit to your Savings or the 8-digit Share Draft Conversion number at the bottom center of your checks for deposit to your Checking.

Do you have a drive up atm in framingham? I am handicap and it is an effort to get out of my car and set up a wheel chair.

All Branch locations provide Notary Public services available during business hours. When you visit the Branch, please ensure you have valid photo identification with you and take a seat in the lobby. The next available Member Service Representative, Assistant Manager, or Branch Manager will then help you.
