I was referred by friend. My friend also had a great experience. She wasn’t kidding. I didn’t know what I was looking for in a loan and etc. Destiny explained everything. Then, I was approved. So fast, quick and painless. I found my car and brought paperwork back. Again, Destiny was so positive and very knowledgeable. She gave me such positive vibes about everything. Now, here I am driving my new car. I highly highly highly recommend DCU & Destiny! All around great experience. I’m glad I Bank with DCU!

Was also offered an additional coverage to cover the gap in the event something happened that my primary insurance will not cover it all. The loan representative was friendly and made the process easy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It was a lot less busier than the Andover facility of course I was in Andover on a Saturday afternoon The girl that help me set up my savings account was not completely knowledgeable on turning in savings bonds so she learned at the same time we did the young gentleman in the Burlington facility set up my checking account and did a fantastic and quick job . The girl in the Andover facility didn't do a bad job she was just not totally knowledgeable with savings bonds which maybe an outdated, and probably doesn't see a lot of people coming in to turn them in their US savings bonds

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent service!!! I came to this location this afternoon. I was so scared about getting my first car loan but Destiny helped and made everything go easy. I always thought getting a loan was such a hassle and I’ve always had anxiety about it but she explained everything to me and made me feel so much better. Great customer service she was very personable and friendly. Definitely made me feel comfortable and taken care of the entire time I was there. I also had my 6 month old son with me and she took her time to make sure he was comfortable as well!!! Definitely had a great experience and I’m so happy that I chose this location to come to! She made it possible for me to get a loan so I can get a safe and reliable car for me and my son! I usually never do reviews but I was so satisfied with my visit the least I can do is give my feedback and hopefully get Destiny some recognition!!! Thank you Destiny and DCU

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bonita is awesome! DCU as a whole has truly impressed me. Rates are incredibly fair, agreements are written with the client in mind and the service is outstanding. Specifically however, I want to commend Bonita. She helped me with my personal loan. Even though the transaction was made more difficult by inexperience on my part, she remained not only friendly, but amazingly helpful. I never felt pressure to rush through and she answered each and every question honestly and with solid answers. I am incredibly thankful for her assistance and kind honesty.

How do I find out if my printer has TWAIN driver support ? The only help I see is for live help - is that what I need to do when I am ready to try ?

You could read the manual that came with your printer or, if you don't have it, google the model name of your printer plus the word TWAIN and see what comes up.

Can someone from New York get a credit card with DCU

I'm not sure if they have DCU in NY but if so, someone could get a credit card with that DCU if there credit is within guidelines at that DCU. There may also be a way they could get a credit card at another DCU in another state. They would have to ask a service member for that answer.

Can I transfer money to overseas ?

By using DCU, can I transfer money to India ! If so, 1. What could be the fee per transaction 2. No. of transactions allowed in a month / year 3. What could be the rate of exchange Thanks in advance

If I looked a little bit on this one I could probably give you a better answer but I think you can find that answer by going to the top and press one of the corresponding windows. I am pretty sure you can transfer money overseas. I think there is a fee involved but have no idea how many times or if there is a limit to how many times. As far as rate of exchange I know nothing about that. I would ask my service manager that question. Sorry I could not help you more.

What do I have to do with the check I deposited using PC Deposit?

Do I give it back to the originator? Do I keep it for my records? Typically checks are returned to the bank they are drawn on.

You don't have to, but I like to write "DEPOSITED" across the front with maybe the date, and file it away with my other receipts. You can just throw it away if you would like. The copy you made with your phone is the only thing returned electronically to the originating bank along with the DCU debit notice information. If you deposit the check at DCU, they scan it and return the scanned copy to the originating bank, and destroy the original check.

How do I see what was in a deposit that was done using PC branch?

I no longer have access to the scanned image and am trying to verify if a check was deposited. I have a reference number for the suspected deposit.

You may not have the scanned/picture image, but you should still have the check. Don't throw the checks away, file them for future reference. I just write "Deposited" across the front of the check and the date.
