Reordering your current checks with a new design
If you are reordering your current DCU checks, and would like to choose from the full selection of designs available and customize your check, log into Online Banking and go to Account Manager, Manage Accounts, General, then select Check Order.

Reordering current checks without changes
If you are reordering checks, and you have no changes to request, click here. You'll need DCU's routing and transit number (211391825) and your account number.

How do I open a membership with DCU?

You may open a DCU membership online when you apply for a savings/checking account, at a DCU Branch, or by mail using the printable membership application (.pdf format).

How do I find out how many Visa® Platinum Rewards Points I have?

Deposit Checks from home with DCU's Online Deposit! DCU is excited to offer another EASY way to do banking online. Online Deposit allows you to scan in your check deposits from home, the office, or even while traveling using your PC, Mac, or laptop and a scanner. Sign up today for Online Deposit!

You can also make deposits from your smart phone by registering for Mobile Online Deposit. The only thing you need to deposit checks into your accounts is an Apple iPhone or an Android powered smartphone with a built-in camera. (You must be a registered Online Deposit user to use Mobile Online Deposit)

What is the fee for a domestic or international wire transfer?

Money wires or wire transfers are a fast, safe way to move money between accounts at different financial institutions. Here are the fees for sending a domestic or international wire transfer:

Where can I find my member number?

You can find your member number in any of the following three ways:

  • You can find you member number on any current statements you have with DCU; ie: Mortgage, Visa or account statement.
  • You may call DCU at 508.263.6700 or 800.328.8797 and speak to a Member Service Representative and request to have your member number mailed to you.
  • You can visit any DCU Branch with a valid photo ID to obtain your member number.

Am I eligible to join DCU?

There are several ways to qualify for membership in DCU.

  1. Eligibility by Family Relationship to a Current DCU Member
    Relatives of DCU members are eligible to join if they are a spouse, domestic partner, child, sibling, parent, grandparent, or grandchild of a member. This includes stepchildren, stepparents, step siblings, and adopted children.
  2. Eligibility by Community
    You are automatically eligible to join DCU if you live, work, worship, or attend school in one the communities in our list (see below). Any business or other legal entity located in one of these areas is also automatically eligible to join.
  3. Eligibility by the Company You Work for or Retired From
    You are eligible to join if you fit within any of these three groups:
    • You currently work for or retired from a company in our list of participating employers (see below).
    • You have a family relationship (as described above) to a non-member who currently works for or retired from a company or organization in our list of participating employers.
    • You are the spouse of someone who died while they worked for or were retired from a company or organization in our list of participating employers.
  4. Eligibility by Organization You Belong To
    You are eligible to join if you fit within any of these three groups:
    • You currently belong to or join an organization whose members we serve (see below).
    • You have a family relationship (as described above) to a non-member who belongs to an organization in our list of participating organizations.
    • You are the spouse of someone who died while they belonged to an organization in our list of participating organizations.
