The process has been extremely efficient and all the employees I've interacted with have been a pleasure to work with. Casey in the Lowell office was both helpful and knowledgeable about the account features. I have had an account at another bank since 2000 and after talking to Casey, I realize that the DCU account has all their features and more. It is my intention to migrate over exclusively to DCU and close my other account.

You will want to login to Online Banking from our home page with your member number and password. After login select the Account Manager tab, choose Payments/Transfers, and select the International Wire Transfer link to submit your instructions securely using our online form.

Does your self-service coin machine charge a fee? Do you need an account with DCU to use the machine?

Anyone is welcome to use the coin counting machines available at several of our Branch locations. The service is free for DCU members. For non-members, there is a 6% fee based on the total dollar amount of coin counted.

Will the Lowell Branch be closing early on 11/21/12 Thanksgiving Eve?

All DCU Branches will be open their normal hours on Wednesday, November 21, 2012 from 9am to 5pm. DCU is closed Thursday and Friday, November 22-23, 2012 and will re-open for normal hours 9am to 3pm on Saturday, November 24, 2012.

DCU was opened normal business hours on Saturday, May 26, 2012. We were only closed on Monday, May 28, 2012 in observance of the Memorial Day Holiday. The full holiday listing can be found on our web site at https://www.dcu.org/whatsnew/holiday.html .
