DCU's Information Center is our call center. Our knowledgeable representatives will assist you with opening new accounts, answering questions about your account, processing transactions, and taking loan applications – they can pretty much assist you with resolving whatever financial issue you might have! and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Eastern Time:

Rated 5 out of 5 by B from Fraudulent Activity Response I contacted DCU with concerns about fraudulent activity against my checking account. They immediately closed the account, opened a new one, transferred the remaining funds, and began an investigation. I was able to obtain new check cards at a local branch the next day along with paperwork to support changing my direct deposits. DCU found the source of the fraudulent charges and alerted me the next day. Other than having to change my account and direct deposit information, the entire experience was quite painless.

DCU Branch locations are in MA and NH only. Although there are no physical DCU Branch locations in Austin, TX, we participate in the CU Service Center Network allowing members to conduct their in-person type transactions at participating Credit Unions throughout the country. I have been a Credit Union member for many years and I had started my account with DCU prior to transferring from Chicago to Atlanta because I like credit unions better than banks! After I opened a DCU account here in Alpharetta, GA... DCU pulled out of Georgia! So I had to access my accounts and do transfers remotely using the SPRIG network. Today I tried to access my accounts and DCU no longer appears on the SPRIG network! Is this a temporary action or is it permanent?
DCU still participates in the Co-op Shared Branch Network. SPRIG appears to be an affiliate of Co-op, so there may have been overlapping locations, but was not the program network DCU was participating in. You can locate Co-op Shared Branch locations, as well as, Deposit-taking and Surcharge-Free ATMs in your area by using the Branch/ATM Locator tool from the top right of our home page.
