Rated 5 out of 5 by Great customer service My husband and I recently purchased another vehicle. We were preapproved for the loan online and when we went to the branch we met with Amy in Hudson, one of the member service reps. Mind you, this was about 10 minutes to closing on a Friday, but you would have thought we were her first members of the day. She greeted us with a smile, and energy. She sat with us as we went over our different options for loans. She realized that we had alot of equity in our new truck and mentioned that we could take that equity and pay off my other car completely and reduce my monthly payments from what it would have been with 2 separate loans on our account to just 1 loan. She saved us roughly $80 a month, and over $1,000 in interest over the next 5 years. Throughout the whole process she was genuinely excited for us for the new truck and that she was able to help us save some cash. It was refreshing to work with someone who was focused on you as a member and not as another number or someone you just wanted to make a sale from. I've been a member of DCU for atleast 15 years, we already love DCU, but working with Amy on this was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Thank you Amy, for making this a great experience. August 30, 2016

Sure. The only requirements I know of are that you belong to one of the member businesses or organizations that are affiliated with this credit union. That qualification to be met by either working a blind to it or having a relative who does. When I first joined with very limited as it was owned by Digital computers. But now it is open to quite a few places that make it easy for people to join. Their website should show all the businesses or organizations that belong to DCU. So if you have an affiliation or a relative who does your allowed to be a member

There are several ways to qualify for membership in DCU. You are eligible to join DCU if you have an immediate family member who is a member of DCU, you work for or retired from a company listed as a DCU Sponsor, you belong to or join an Organization whose members we serve, or if you live, work, worship, or attend school in a sponsoring community. Pepperell, MA is not currently a sponsoring community, but you may still join using one of the other criteria.
