I cannot express enough gratitude for Lori Billetdeaux. For the past three years she has consistently advised, guided, and worked compassionately on my behalf. She loves what she does! She's all in, all heart, and brilliant to boot. Every time I leave her office, I actually have difficulty keeping my composer. All silliness aside, Lori goes above and beyond finding solutions for improving my financial situation. If there is a way, she will find it! Her love for what she does, combined with her powerful skill set, just make Lori awesome, stellar! The result is that I truly respect and trust DCU with everything I've got!

Rachel did a WONDERFUL job with getting my new credit card reviewed for a higher limit, the balances transferred from other card companies, AND getting the card activated. All in one day. All I needed to do was show up to the branch where she was waiting with card. She provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service and will continue to recommend the company to family and friends solely for this experience. Thanks Rachel!

this time. I applied before but was denied because of my poor credit. Sadly, back then no one offered me a Secured credit card option like the representative summarized for me this time. So in hindsight I could have avoided a $70 setback when I went under balance recently between the Merchant fees and the DCU Credit Union charges. That's just my perspective.
I should be able to avoid this problem in the Future!

I recently opened several accounts at the Hudson, NH Branch of DCU. I could not be any happier with my experience there and with the support I received from Rachel and Katelyn. Both women were professional, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Initially, I opened accounts for my wife and me and returned a few weeks later with my adult daughter to open accounts for her. Both experiences were excellent and have convinced me that I want the rest of my family to join DCU. I will be signing them up in the coming weeks. Thanks for the terrific customer service and I am glad I found DCU. I am also a big fan of the DCU App which works great.

It was a awesome experience since I open my checkings account.
They treat there customers whit kind and respect! There very helpful and also work whit your needs, I was able to also get a credit card and a small loan!
Banking the DCU way is the only way to go, Im very please and will look foward to grow my credit score whit dcu, something that I haven't been able to do in the last 8 years banking at citizens. .

i truly am in love with this credit union. They have detected fraud two times immediately calling me to confirm purchases that seemed suspicious and were! They are the best all around.

DCU has been really great with me, I just moved from Canada and I had almost 0 credit, DCU was friendly and really looked at my situation as an individual not just a 'file'. People really do make the difference and at DCU you can really feel that. I am now financing my first car in the US with DCU and as well have my first real credit card with DCU to help continue build my credit. After this great experience with DCU I plan to move my remaining accounts to them, and will definitely consider them for my mortgage as well.
