I was dreading going there on a Friday night, especially because I didn't have hours to be able to spend there. I walked in, got right into member services and was out the door within 20 minutes. They know their services inside and out which enables them to be so efficient.

I went to the Hudson, NH branch to obtain a check for the car i wanted to purchase. The person i interacted with was GREAT! She made me feel at ease and comfortable with the whole process! This is the second time i have dealt with DCU for auto loans and i have and will continue to recommend them to others i know! Thank you!

My husband and I recently purchased another vehicle. We were preapproved for the loan online and when we went to the branch we met with Amy in Hudson, one of the member service reps. Mind you, this was about 10 minutes to closing on a Friday, but you would have thought we were her first members of the day. She greeted us with a smile, and energy. She sat with us as we went over our different options for loans. She realized that we had alot of equity in our new truck and mentioned that we could take that equity and pay off my other car completely and reduce my monthly payments from what it would have been with 2 separate loans on our account to just 1 loan. She saved us roughly $80 a month, and over $1,000 in interest over the next 5 years. Throughout the whole process she was genuinely excited for us for the new truck and that she was able to help us save some cash. It was refreshing to work with someone who was focused on you as a member and not as another number or someone you just wanted to make a sale from. I've been a member of DCU for atleast 15 years, we already love DCU, but working with Amy on this was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Thank you Amy, for making this a great experience.
