Rated 5 out of 5 by Open a new account We went to open a new account, and ended up refinancing our auto loan, and consolidating other accounts.The best part of our experience was our Member Services rep, Amy. She was excellent and such great help! We went in as new customers looking to open an account and she walked us through all the benefits DCU had to offer. She looked into refinancing the auto loan I had for 2% less! She went above and beyond, and even though it was the end of shift, and other employees were leaving, she did not rush us and continued to make sure all of our needs were met. July 12, 2016

Sure. The only requirements I know of are that you belong to one of the member businesses or organizations that are affiliated with this credit union. That qualification to be met by either working a blind to it or having a relative who does. When I first joined with very limited as it was owned by Digital computers. But now it is open to quite a few places that make it easy for people to join. Their website should show all the businesses or organizations that belong to DCU. So if you have an affiliation or a relative who does your allowed to be a member

There are several ways to qualify for membership in DCU. You are eligible to join DCU if you have an immediate family member who is a member of DCU, you work for or retired from a company listed as a DCU Sponsor, you belong to or join an Organization whose members we serve, or if you live, work, worship, or attend school in a sponsoring community. Pepperell, MA is not currently a sponsoring community, but you may still join using one of the other criteria.

You would need to contact DCU by phone, weekdays 8am-5pm ET, at 508/263-6700 or 800/328-8797 option 5, for help with having a temporary increase provided to allow for the check deposit to be made at that time.
