They provided me with the answers I needed in a friendly and respectful way. I can't thank them enough for their assistance. I would also like to thank DCU for taking the time to find such talented employees to fill the needs of their customers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This walk in service for online help was great. We needed help getting online and decided to go to our Husdson NH office. Rachel was very helpful getting us back online. The only drawback was waiting 22 minutes to talk to Hannah, because it was Labor Day weekend, and DCU has only 1 person to help out. While waiting, we discussed internet security, scams, and mortgage rates. Time was not wasted and it was an interesting discussion. Now we go online with ease. Thanks DCU and Rachel.

The wait time was very short, and Laurie is so sweet, understanding, knowledgeable, and personable; qualities I think everybody wants in someone dealing with their finances. I'm very pleased.

My mobile banking maximum deposit amount is $500.00, making it impossible for me to utilize this service. How am I able to increase this amount?

You would need to contact DCU by phone, weekdays 8am-5pm ET, at 508/263-6700 or 800/328-8797 option 5, for help with having a temporary increase provided to allow for the check deposit to be made at that time.
