Pleasant staff who frequently update me on DCU products I use DCU for a savings account, my mortgage payments, my personal and business accounts. I never have had any problems with these accounts. assistance in finding the best and cheapest way to refinance our vehicle and get cash for home repairs. In less than 5 hours we had all our financial needs met and the service was exceptional. We had no idea how we were going to borrow 10,000.00 without adding a huge debt to our monthly budget. But the branch manager Rose was a Godsend and guided us and helped us find the best possible option for our needs. We received emails and phone calls and all the completed paperwork was immediately faxed to a branch closer to us to review and sign. We went to the Franklin branch where we were met Sheila, a service rep who completed the process with extreme helpfulness and kindness. We left the branch with a better truck loan and the money we needed. We are thrilled to have added so little to our monthly budget and it was done extremely fast.
