Mandatory Bodily Injury:
$20,000/$40,000
$8,000

Mandatory Personal Injury coverage reimburses the policyholder for lost wages and in-home care needed resulting from an accident.

Property Damage Liability coverage pays to repair or replace another person's vehicle or other property damaged by the policyholder's vehicle.

Uninsured and Underinsured motorist coverage protects you, anyone you let drive your car, household members and passengers (unless covered by another Massachusetts policy with similar coverage) against losses caused by an uninsured or unidentified ("hit and run") driver.

Uninsured and Underinsured motorist coverage protects you, anyone you let drive your car, household members and passengers (unless covered by another Massachusetts policy with similar coverage) against losses caused by an uninsured or unidentified ("hit and run") driver.

Without Optional Bodily Injury coverage, the MA auto insurance policy only covers liability for injury done to others in automobile accidents within MA. Selecting this coverage extends the policy to operations outside MA according to the amounts selected.

Medical Payments coverage pays the medical bills for the policyholder and the policyholder's passengers.

Collision coverage pays to repair or replace the policyholder's vehicle whether the damage was caused by another vehicle, a roll-over, another object, or even potholes. This coverage usually has a deductible. The deductible is the amount you must pay out of pocket before your insurance begins paying for any collision loss. Higher deductibles usually lower the premiums you pay.

Comprehensive coverage pays to repair or replace the policyholder's vehicle if it is stolen or damaged by something other than a collision, such as a storm. This coverage is often subject to a deductible. The deductible is the amount you must pay out of pocket before your insurance begins paying for any comprehensive loss. Higher deductibles usually lower the premiums you pay.

Towing coverage pays the selected amount for towing and labor necessary as a result of disablement or an accident.

Substitute Transportation coverage pays the selected amount per day/maximum for use of a rental vehicle while your vehicle is disabled following a covered automobile accident.

Bodily Injury Liability coverage pays the following if the policyholder caused an accident: medical, rehabilitation, and funeral (if necessary) of your passengers, the other driver, the other driver's passengers, and any pedestrians involved. It also covers pain and suffering awards and legal costs.

Property Damage Liability coverage pays to repair or replace another person's vehicle or other property damaged by the policyholder's vehicle.

Recommended - same as your Bodily Injury choice
Note: CO does not allow Uninsured Motorist coverage more than $100,000/$300,000

Uninsured and Underinsured motorist coverage protects you, anyone you let drive your car, household members and passengers against losses caused by an uninsured or unidentified ("hit and run") driver.

Uninsured motorist deductible. A deductible applies to uninsured motorists coverage. The deductible is the amount you must pay out of pocket before your insurance begins reimbursing you for injuries you suffer as a result of an accident caused by a hit and run or uninsured driver.
