Open a DCU Visa and the Shopping Could Be On Us!

Just open and activate a new DCU Visa Credit Card between October 1, 2006 and December 31, 2006. You'll be entered to win a $2,500 Shopping Spree if you use it as your everyday card!

How to Enter

From 10/1/06 to 12/31/06, you're automatically entered if you open and use a new DCU Visa Credit Card. You must use your DCU Visa regularly during the contest period of 10/1/06 to 12/31/06 to be entered into the contest. One lucky member will win the $2,500 prize!

*$2,500 will be deposited into the winner's DCU Savings Account

Official Drawing Rules
  • You must open a DCU Visa Credit Card and use it regularly from October 1 through December 31, 2006. Regular use consists of at least one purchase transaction per month. Cash advances do not qualify.
  • You must be a DCU member, 18 years of age or older, and not considered a minor in your state of residence.
  • Each member who opens a new DCU Visa Credit Card and uses it for at least one purchase transaction each month from October 1 through December 31, 2006 (Contest Period) will be entered once into the drawing.
  • DCU will randomly pick one (1) winner at the end of the Contest Period.
  • The winner will be selected by random drawing on or about January 22, 2007. Prize is valued at $2,500 and will be deposited into the winner's DCU Savings Account within five business days of drawing. No transfer or substitution of the Prize is permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
  • The winner assumes all responsibility for income and other taxes applicable to the prize based on its fair market value.
  • The prize will be considered ordinary income for tax purposes. The winner agrees that all sales, use, and other taxes or fees are his or her full and complete responsibility.
  • The winner agrees not to hold DCU liable for any resultant action derived from the use, transport, or enjoyment of the prize.
  • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow DCU to use his or her name and likeness in any DCU publication, including on DCU's web site.
  • No purchase necessary. If you are an active DCU Member in good standing and wish to enter, you can enter by sending us a 3" x 5" index card with your name, address, member number, phone number, and the words "DCU Visa Shopping Spree Contest" in a sealed envelope to Digital Federal Credit Union, Marketing Department, PO Box 9130, Marlborough, MA 01752-9130 by December 31, 2006. Limit one mail entry per member.
  • Employees, officers and officials of DCU ("Sponsor"), its affiliated subsidiaries and immediate families (i.e. parents, children, siblings, spouse) and members of their households (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate in this Contest.
  • Offer is valid with all other promotions.
  • The decision of the contest judges is final. Odds will vary with the number of eligible entries. Winner will be notified by phone.
  • Void where prohibited.
