Win Equity Loan payments for a year made for you by DCU!

• You must open or take an advance of not less than $10,000 on a new or existing DCU Equity LinePLUS, Equity Line 1-2-3, DCU Home Equity Line of Credit, or DCU Home Equity Installment Loan between November 1 and December 31, 2005. At least $9,800 of each $10,000 advanced during the promotion period must be included in your outstanding loan balance as of 12/31/05 to be considered elligible.
• You must be at least 21 years of age and a DCU member with an active membership in good standing at the time of the drawings.
• The equity line or loan must be with DCU.
• DCU will randomly pick one winner on or about January 23, 2006.
• The winner will have his or her minimum monthly loan payment, up to a monthly maximum of $500, made for 12 consecutive months beginning February 1, 2006. This is the equivalent of 1% of the balance on a $50,000 loan — total maximum $6,000. Any minimum monthly payment due in excess of $500, if applicable, is the responsibility of the winner/borrower.
• No purchase necessary. If you are an active DCU Member in good standing and wish to enter, you can enter by sending us an 3" x 5" card with your name, address, member number, phone number, and the words "Home Equity for the Holidays Contest" in a sealed envelope to Digital Federal Credit Union, Marketing Department, PO Box 9130, Marlborough, MA 01752-9130 by December 31, 2005. Limit one mail entry per member.
• The winner agrees not to hold DCU liable for any resultant action derived from the use, transport, or enjoyment of the prize.
• The winner assumes all responsibility for income and other taxes applicable to the prize based on its fair market value.
• Void where prohibited.
• DCU employees, volunteers, and their immediate family members are ineligible to win.
• Offer is valid with all other promotions.
• The decision of the contest judges is final. Odds will vary with the number of eligible entries. Winner will be notified by phone.
