How to Enter

You're automatically entered if you open any loan with a minimum balance of $1,000 in August, 2006.
You can obtain up to 25 chances per loan. Each $1,000 up to $25,000 will earn you a chance to WIN a Toyota Camry Hybrid. And that applies to every loan you open in August, 2006.*

Official Toyota Camry Hybrid, Loan Promotion Contest Rules
  1. DATES OF PROMOTION: Toyota Camry Hybrid Contest (“Contest”) begins at 12:01 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time [“EST”]) on August 1, 2006 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on August 31, 2006 (“Contest Period”) subject to the entry periods and drawing dates found in the “DRAWING” and “HOW TO ENTER” section of these Official Rules.
  2. ELIGIBILITY: To enter the contest, you must be a lawful permanent resident of the United States, 18 years of age or older and must not be considered a minor in your state of residence. Contest is void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, outside of the United States, and where restricted or prohibited by law. The winner must be a Digital Federal Credit Union member in good standing at the time of the drawing in order to claim the Toyota Camry Hybrid. Employees, officers and officials of DCU (“Sponsor”), it's affiliated subsidiaries and immediate families (i.e. parents, children, siblings, spouse) and members of their households (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate in this Contest.
  3. HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter the Contest.
    Method One. Members who open an eligible loan during the contest period will automatically receive the number of entries based on the principal balance in the qualified loan accounts as of the end of the Contest Period (or the amount of the qualified mortgage application). A member automatically entered by Method One will receive one entry for every $1,000 borrowed up to a maximum twenty-five (25) entries per loan type. Example, a member receiving a $15,000 car loan and a $25,000 home equity loan is automatically entered into the Contest forty (40) times.

    “Eligible loans include mortgages, home equity loans, auto loans, boat loans, recreational vehicle loans, motorcycle loans, Mobility loans, Access loans, personal loans, and DCU Visa credit card loans (purchases only) with balances of $1,000 or more. Specifically excluded are business loans, Visa credit card cash advances, and personal loans secured by stock, savings, or certificate accounts.”

    Method Two. No purchase necessary. If you wish to enter, you can enter by sending us an 3" x 5" postcard with your name, address, member number, phone number, and the words “Toyota Camry Hybrid Contest - August 2006” in a sealed envelope to Digital Federal Credit Union, Marketing Department, PO Box 9130, Marlborough, MA 01752-9130.

    Written entries must be postmarked by the U.S. Postal Service no later than the close of business, August 31, 2006. Mailed entries must be received no later than the close of business September 5, 2006. Entries become the property of DCU and will not be returned. DCU is not responsible for lost, stolen, late, misdirected, torn, unreadable or returned entry forms. We reserve the right to cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice. Limit one mail entry per individual.
  4. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE AND CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: There will be one (1) Prize awarded. The Prize consists solely of one (1) 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid automobile or $26,000 in cash deposited into the member's DCU Savings Account at the choice of the winner. The approximate total retail value of the Prize is $26,000. The total value of all Prizes to be awarded is $26,000. All federal, state, local, and sales tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of the Winner. No transfer or substitution of the Prize is permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
  5. RANDOM DRAWING: A total of one (1) Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries, on or about September 11,2006. The Prize is guaranteed to be awarded.

    Winner Notification: Winners need not be present to win and will be notified by telephone and/or mail within ten (10) business days after their winning entry has been drawn. All federal and state taxes are the responsibility of the winner. If, within twenty (20) days of notification, the winning member refuses to accept the prize by executing a consent form prepared by DCU, or has advised DCU that they refuse to accept the winning prize, another entry will be drawn at random at a date and time chosen by the Credit Union. Prize will be awarded to the selected winner only. Winner may not assign or designate another recipient.
  6. PRIZE CONDITIONS: No additional substitution for any prize, other than those permitted by the Rules, will be permitted. If necessary due to unavailability of the Prize, $26,000 in cash will be awarded at the discretion of the Sponsor. Winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release within fifteen (15) days of issuance. Failure to return all required documents in this time period may result in the Winner being disqualified and an alternate Winner selected. If a prize notification is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable or if an entrant is found to be ineligible or declines acceptance of the Prize for any reason, an alternate Winner will be selected. By entering this Contest and/or accepting the Prize, Winner and entrant hereby consent (except where prohibited by law) to the reasonable use by Sponsor of the Winner's and entrants’ photograph, voice, likeness and/or image, hometown address, contents of the entry form and the name and age of the Winner's and entrants without any further compensation for any future promotional activity related to this Contest.
  7. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received by the drawing deadline.
  8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and each of its respective subsidiaries, and its respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; printing or other errors; and any entries or mail which are late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, postage due or any combination thereof. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Contest in the event that it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control. In the event the Contest is terminated early, a winner will be selected from all eligible entries received at the time of termination.
  9. WINNER: The name of the official winner will be posted on DCU's website (available after September 30, 2006).
