How do you know if your current account is a POP account?
Well, if you use an email program such as Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express, Eudora or any other stand-alone email program, you probably have a POP email account. The only way to know for sure is to ask your Internet Service Provider (ISP). AOL email, for instance, is a proprietary service that uses a built-in email viewer and it is not a POP account.
