Omnibus Resource Sites
- Disability Resources on the Internet is an annotated subject guide to the best disability resources on the Internet. The site contains thousands of links, available alphabetically and by topic. The DRM Regional Resource Directory lists local agencies and organizations arranged by state and topic. There are also several very helpful FAQ's: Finding Disability Information on the Internet, Evaluating Disability Information on the Internet, Ascertaining an Organization's Legitimacy, Back to Basics, and Alphabet Soup.
- ABLEDATA provides information on assistive technology and rehabilitation equipment. The searchable database contains information on more than 29,000 assistive technology products. The resource centers provide all of the Internet resources ABLEDATA has collected on a selected issue all on one page. There is also a consumer forum and information center.
- disABILITY Information and Resources is full of links arranged by category. This site (makoa.org) is maintained by Jim Lubin, a C2 quadraplegic. Makoa is the Hawaiian word for "courageous".
- The Trace Center Information Resources contains links to other resource sites.
- This list of Disability and Healthcare Magazines is from The Boulevard's Disability Resource Center. 360 Magazine, Disabled Dealer Magazine, New Mobility Magazine, and Sports & Spokes are just a sample of the publications listed.
