Amputee
Amputee Coalition of America is a national consumer educational organization representing people who have experienced amputation or are born with limb differences.

Cerebral Palsy
UCP National (United Cerebral Palsy) provides information on cerebral palsy and is an advocacy group for persons with any disability. Sections include education, employment, health and wellness, housing, parenting and families, products and services, sports and leisure, transportation, and travel. Communication
American Speech-Language-Hearing Association provides information about communication disorders. It has separate sections for professionals, students, and the public. In addition to information, a referral service is also provided.

Down Syndrome
National Down Syndrome Society provides research, information, and advocacy. Sections include about down syndrome; education, development & community life; healthcare; policy; research; affliates; self-advocates; get involved, and news room.

Multiple Sclerosis
National Multiple Sclerosis Society provides information on multiple sclerosis. Sections include about MS, living with MS, research, get involved, online community, multimedia library, news, and more. To find a local chapter, select your state or enter your zip code.

Spinal Cord Injury/Disease
National Spinal Cord Injury Association provides resources for persons with spinal cord injuries and diseases or conditions with effects similar to spinal cord injuries. The site has lots of information in the A-Z resource listing. Regional affliate chapters, support groups, and other resources are listed by state.
