Determining your Loyalty Checking Level

When you qualify for Loyalty Checking, your account name stays the same in PC Branch and on your statement. To determine your level, you can ...

Ask us in any branch, by email, or phone.
Log into PC Branch and check the message on the account summary screen.

Note that your Loyalty Checking Level is updated at the beginning of each month.

At DCU, each member's savings is federally insured up to $250,000 by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), a U.S. Government agency. Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA) are insured separately up to $250,000.
