What software do I need?
To view and print PDF files, you'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader, Version 6.0 or later.
To Use PC Branch
While a variety of software products may work on PC Branch, the following versions are supported to work as intended:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer – Versions 5.5, SP1, SP2, 6.0, and 7.0 on Windows 2000 and Windows XP
- Netscape Navigator/Communicator – Versions 6.1 or higher
- America Online – Versions 8.0 and 9.0 .
- Mozilla Firefox – 1.0
- Safari (Mac) – 1.2
In any case, PC Branch requires a browser equipped with 128-bit strong encryption – the strongest protection available today. Navigator, Explorer, and AOL offer these levels. You can download either browser through this web site. Your browser should have "SSL 3.0" enabled. If your browser was issued after 1996, it should already be set up.

To Export Account History
To use the Open Active Statement format, you need either Intuit Quicken, Quickbooks, or Microsoft Money. We support QFX (Quicken Financial Exchange) for Quicken 2007 and Quickbooks, and OFX (Open Financial Exchange) for Money. For example: Quicken 2004, 2003, and 2002 may work, but are not supported.
To download history using the CSV (Comma Separated Variable) format, any spreadsheet program like Microsoft Excel will do.
All of these products are available wherever popular computer software is sold.
