Message Center
The Message Center is a great new tool to deliver important, more targeted and secure messages to you regarding your account information and membership.
We will use Message Center to:
- Send you notices about your accounts (such as certificate maturity notices).
- Tell you of useful products and services for which you qualify (such as loan pre-approvals).
- Provide advance notice on PC Branch maintenance and service updates.
- Pass on occasional personalized tips for getting the most from your DCU membership.
To get the most value from Message Center, it's important to have your email address on file at DCU. (See top right of PC Branch screen for the address we have.)
- Log on to PC Branch with your membership number and password.
- Look for the Message Center alert at the top of your screen.
- If you have a new priority message, we'll use traditional email to let you know.
- After you read messages, you will have the option of deleting or keeping most of them. Some messages will disappear automatically when they expire. Others will remain visible if they will be an ongoing resource for you.
Message Center is an easy-to-use, self-service product. However, you may encounter problems or develop questions and concerns.
