If you forget your PC Branch Password or your account is locked due to login failures, you can easily reset it online by selecting here.

Your account information and the security of our systems are a top priority at DCU

For security reasons...
  • We will never ask you for your PIN over the phone, by email, or in person
  • We will never disclose your PIN over the phone, by email, or in person
  • We do require you to customize your PC Branch PIN to a minimum of 6 characters made of a mix of numbers and letters
