Thousands of DCU members use PC Branch to manage their DCU accounts absolutely FREE. In fact, as of January 2011, more than 175,000 DCU members are active users. That's 53% of our membership and it continues to rapidly grow. Experts in the credit union movement and banking industries tell us that percentage is the best they've seen of any traditional bank or credit union. Of the thousands of financial institutions in the U.S., Bank Technology News (August 6, 2001), ranked DCU 29th in North America in the total number of home banking users.

Joint Account Access
With PC Branch, you can view and make transactions on all accounts on which you are a joint owner not just the ones under your personal Membership Number. That makes managing the family finances incredibly simple.
You can also set up Cross Account Transfers. This allows you to move funds from your accounts into those of other members on which you are not a joint owner. Fill out the secure form in PC Branch and these accounts will be added to your list. Each time you complete an actual transfer - your DCU Member Number will be reflected on the recipient account statement for identification purposes.
Basic Transactions
PC Branch gives you access to view all and transact business on most of your DCU savings and loan accounts. Here's a list of the basic transactions you can perform...
- View the balances, account numbers, transaction history, and details on all your DCU accounts
- Transfer funds between your Checking, Savings, and Money Market Accounts
- Deposit checks from your home or office using PC Deposit
- View and print front and back PDF-format images of your cleared Checking, Money Market, and Visa checks. Up to twelve months of images are available
- View and print PDF-format images of your monthly, quarterly account statements, and eStatements.
- Make single, recurring, and principal-only payments on your DCU loans
- Withdraw money from your savings accounts and have it sent to your address on file (choose Check Request from the Transfer to menu when using Account Transfers)
- Set up Notifications These are email messages you have sent to you when checks clear, balance levels are reached, or when certificates mature.
- Reorder checks
- Set User-Defined Options These include changing your PC Branch password, time-out settings, e-mail address, default history ranges, graphics or text mode, and the default start page.
- Open New Savings and Checking Accounts

Automatic Transfers
You can easily set up recurring automatic transfers between your own accounts, between your accounts and your joint accounts, and from your account to other members' accounts (Cross Account Transfers).
You can also use this feature to make electronic payments on your DCU loans. Electronic payments
through PC Branch qualify you for loan rates 1/2% below those for other payment methods on most DCU Consumer Loans when you also have a Relationship Checking relationship .
Loan and Visa® Advances
With PC Branch, you can take loan advances up to your credit limit from your DCU Visa, or Home Equity Line anytime. Using the Account Transfer feature, you can transfer your advance into any checking or savings account or have a check sent to you.
Export History
If you use financial management software or keep track of your accounts on spreadsheet software, PC Branch can help. Export History Quickbooks-QBO Format can be used. Microsoft Money® users can export account history to their computers in the OFC format. Intuit Quicken® users can export in the QFX format. Both formats check for duplicate transactions in your account registers. This feature makes account balancing an electronic "snap".
You can also export account history to older versions of Money or to spreadsheet software in the CSV (comma-delimited file) format.
Bill Payer
At DCU, Internet bill paying services are FREE. That can save you anywhere from 44 cents a bill to $10 per month over other bill payment providers. Payment services are provided through Metavante®, the nation's largest bill payment service. Setting up billers and paying bills is fast and easy. And you save postage with every bill you pay.
With Bill Payer, you can pay almost anyone you want, make single payments, or set up automatic monthly, weekly, biweekly, twice-monthly, bimonthly, every four weeks, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual payments. The Electronic Bills bill presentment feature lets you receive bills electronically from participating billers and pay them online through PC Branch.
Bill Payer will save you time and money and use it along with a DCU checking account and enjoy all the Checking Plus or Relationship Checking benefits. To use Bill Payer open a DCU checking account, then enroll for Bill Payer by going to the sign-up form located under the Bill Pay link on PC Branch.
PC Deposit
DCU is excited to offer another EASY way to do banking online. PC Deposit allows you to scan in your check deposits from home, the office, or even while traveling using your PC/Laptop and a scanner. Plus, it's FREE to qualified DCU Consumer Members! Now you will never have to mail in your checks, drive to an ATM, or visit a Shared Branch again. To register, log on to PC Branch and select "PC Deposit" then you may begin making deposits in five easy steps!
Mobile PC Deposit
Introducing a whole new level of convenience from DCU. Now the only thing you need to deposit checks into your accounts is an Apple iPhone or an Android powered smartphone with a built-in camera. (You must be a registered PC Deposit user to use Mobile PC Deposit)

CashEdge Funds Transfer
CashEdge makes it easy to move money between your DCU accounts and your accounts at other financial institutions and vice versa. When you do a standard transfer of money into your DCU account it's FREE. You can also email money to anyone. This does not replace Bill Payer, you can still pay your billers using DCU's FREE bill payment service, and you can set up anyone as a biller (even your aunt) and they will receive a check. You can transfer funds between your DCU Accounts in PC Branch using the Transfer button at no charge.
Message Center
The Message Center is a great new tool to deliver important, more targeted and secure messages to you regarding your account information and membership.
We use Message Center to:
- Send you notices about your accounts (such as certificate maturity notices).
- Tell you of useful products and services for which you qualify (such as loan pre-approvals).
- Provide advance notice on PC Branch maintenance and service updates.
- Pass on occasional personalized tips for getting the most from your DCU membership.
FinanceWorksSM
FinanceWorks is an easy to use tool designed to help you manage your everyday finances all from within PC Branch. FinanceWorks gives a complete picture of all of your financial accounts across more than 5,000 institutions and creditors helping you more clearly see where you are spending your money so you can find ways to save, manage all your bills in one place, and know how much money you really have to spend.
eStatements
eStatements are electronic statements that can be viewed through PC Branch with many additional benefits. eStatements are also one of the ways to start enjoying Checking Plus and Relationship Checking benefits.
Request Services Online with Secure Forms
Your secret password you use to logon to PC Branch is positive confirmation of your identity. As a result, service requests you make in PC Branch carry the weight of a signed document. That enables us to process your requests quickly and efficiently for you.
Among the Secure Forms you can submit "in PC Branch" are...
- Order replacement DCU Visa Credit Cards, DCU Visa Check Cards, or DCU ATM Cards
- Report a change of address or phone number
- Report a lost or stolen DCU Visa Credit Card, DCU Visa Check Card, or DCU ATM Card
- Direct Deposit Request Form
- Dispute a DCU Visa Credit Card, DCU Visa Check Card, or DCU ATM Card transaction on your monthly statement

Accept Approved Loans
When you log onto PC Branch, you may see a message stating that you are approved for a DCU auto or home equity loan.
Just click on the link to see the minimum amount you're approved for. You can accept your approved loan online. A DCU Loan Representative will contact you after you do to complete your loan request.
If you don't see the message, don't worry. You can apply for DCU loans online 24 hours a day. Links to our online applications are on the PC Branch login screen.
Mobile PC Branch
Mobile PC Branch gives you easy access to many PC Branch functions from virtually every web-enabled phone, personal digital assistant (PDA), or pager. It's easy, works a lot like PC Branch, and it's free.
To use Mobile PC Branch all you need is a wireless device, wireless internet connections from your wireless service provider, your DCU Member Number, and your password. If you plan to use Bill Payer, you'll also need to set up your billers on PC Branch. You'll have full access to your primary and joint accounts, plus the ability to make cross-account transfers as on regular PC Branch.

User Support
PC Branch is an easy-to-use, self-service product...until you have a question, problem, or concern. User Support is another area where we shine. Here's what you can expect...
- Online Help Click on "Help" or "?" as you begin a transaction and you'll see information specific to the page you are on.
- Online Demo Try out PC Branch without touching your account. Click the Demo button from the login window. You have the option of viewing the site with or without a text overview explaining each feature you visit.
- Online Support Our E-Branch support team answers virtually all email we receive in 24 hours or less. LiveHelp is also available from PC Branch during normal LiveHelp hours.
- In-Branch Support Each DCU Branch has staff thoroughly trained on PC Branch and can demonstrate it for you. Our Hudson, Nashua, Manchester and Merrimack NH, and Acton, Andover, Burlington, Framingham, Franklin, Littleton, Leominster, Tyngsborough, Waltham, Westborough, Worcester, Marlborough East, and Marlborough Solomon Pond branches in Massachusetts have a Tech Center or Internet Café PCs in their lobbies you can use to access your accounts.

Log On Today
As soon as you join DCU, you're automatically signed up. While a variety of products may work on PC Branch, the following products are supported to work as intended:

PC Branch requires a web browser with 128-bit "strong" encryption the strongest protection available today. These browsers offer these levels. You can download these popular browsers through this web site. Your browser should have "SSL 3.0" enabled.
