Becoming a member online is quick and easy. The application only takes about 5 to 7 minutes to complete.
| This is What You Need to Know |
At this time the Online Membership Application can not be used to open a membership for the following individuals:
- Minors – Individuals under the age of 18
- Current or previous members of DCU
- Current joint owners of DCU accounts
Please use our Printable Membership Application(.pdf format) to set up your new Membership.
To make this process easy, gather the following information before you start the application:
- Your Social Security or ITIN number
- If there will be a joint owner that person should be present to enter their personal information
Funding is required to activate your account. You can open your Membership online and fund it by electronic funds transfer from your checking account at another financial institution. To do this you will need:
- Routing number and account number from your other financial institution
If you would prefer to fund your new Membership by check simply complete and mail our Printable Membership Application (.pdf format) along with your check of at least $5.00.
