DCU does not solicit to children under the age of 13. We are aware of COPPA requirements, and should we receive a membership application from which we can determine the age of the child, we will comply with COPPA requirements to obtain parental consent and/or notify the parent(s) or guardian(s) of the receipt of such information. Further, we will not proceed with the request of the membership application without parental consent.
Barnyard Cents is committed to protecting your privacy. We never collect any personally identifying information, nor will we ever do so. We do not use cookies, "web bugs", "clear gifs" or any other type of tracking mechanism.
To provide better service and information on our web sites, we do look at aggregate site-use statistics. To create these statistics, our host server may collect such information as browser used, operating system, IP address and possibly ISP in log files.
