What new members receive


What you will receive when you open your membership?
You will receive three separate mailings...

1st Mailing

Welcome Letter and Member Welcome Kit which includes:
  • Truth-In-Savings (TIS) Disclosure
  • Electronic Services Disclosure
  • Fee Schedule
You will receive this within a few days of opening your membership.

2nd Mailing

PIN (Personal Identification Number) to access the Easy Touch Telephone Teller System, PC Branch, and ATMs (Automated Teller Machines). You should receive your PIN within seven days after you join DCU.

3rd Mailing

ATM Card or Check Card
You should receive your ATM Card or Check Card (whichever you requested when you joined DCU) within two weeks.
