Position Description: Responsible for directing the staff, operations, compliance, and sales efforts of 6 branch offices throughout Eastern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. A main focus of the position is on the Regional's ability to establish an effective coaching and mentoring working relationship with each Branch Manager to assure success with all business objectives.
Skill Requirements:
- 5 years of supervisory and sales management experience in a financial institution
- Thorough knowledge of banking/credit union products and services
- Previous lending experience
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Knowledge of branch operations, and strong presentation skills
- Highly motivated and ambitious
- Regional Branch Manager experience and Bachelor's degree preferred
