Assistant Collections Manager
Marlborough, MA

Position Summary: DCU is currently seeking a qualified candidate to support and contribute to DCU’s Success Sharing and Financial Soundness Goals by effectively managing the Collections department staff and the day to day operations of the Collections Department

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years progressive Consumer Loan and Real Estate collections management experience. HAMP/HAFA experience desired.
  • Knowledge of all applicable laws and regulations relating to collections
  • Bachelors degree in business-related field or equivalent experience required
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Strong technology and reporting skills including experience working with a predictive dialer system
  • Proven experience with Internet applications as well as Microsoft Word and Excel
