Because your password verifies your identity, we consider emails through this method as if you sent us a signed written request. Click on the PC Branch link on the home page, log onto PC Branch with your member number and password. This form is available to you after you login.

While you're online, chat live with a DCU E-Branch Specialist. Click on Connect below, log in, and type in your question. An E-Branch Specialist will receive your message, type your answer, and send you a reply.
E-Branch Specialists can handle almost any request except loan applications. Our knowledgeable E-Branch Specialists can answer any questions, perform certain transactions, and assist in opening new accounts.

Apply for Loans Online
Just click on the application and follow the instructions. For Visa, Home Equity, and Consumer Loan Applications, most members can expect and answer while still online.

PC Branch Secure Forms
Because your password verifies your identity, we fill these online requests as if you sent us a signed written request. Click on the PC Branch link at the left of any page. Login with your Member Number and password and choose Forms & Services.
- General Comments Use for miscellaneous suggestions and requests by email.
- Stop Payment Request Request a stop payment order if the transaction has not yet cleared your account. Also use as an affidavit of an unauthorized or improper ACH debit.
- Address and Phone Updates See if your current address and phone number on record is up to date. Request corrections as needed.
- Order Replacement Plastic Cards Use to order replacement Visa Credit Cards, Check Cards, or ATM Cards if yours has been damaged.
- Certificate Changes Use to request certificate withdraws, transfers, add-ons, or a term change at maturity.
- Reorder Mail Branch Envelopes Use to order postage-paid envelopes that include a built-in deposit slip if you need to send deposits to DCU by mail.
- Cross-Account Transfer Request Use this form to request the ability to transfer funds to another DCU member.
- Direct Deposit Request Form Use this form to request that direct deposit of your payroll be deposited into your DCU Checking Account.
- Domestic and International Wire Transfers Use these forms to request a wire transfer from your DCU account to an account at another institution.

- Information Center (Press 7) Our Information Center Representatives can answer questions about your accounts and DCU services. They can fill a number of service requests. The Information Center can be reached at 508.263.6700 or 800.328.8797, weekdays from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Eastern time.
- Easy Touch Telephone Teller (Press 6) Provides 24-hour access to your accounts by touch-tone phone. All you need is your Member Number and PIN to login and use it. Quick Codes speed you call and let you bypass menus when you select your transaction.
- Apply for Loans by Phone (Press 3) Apply for Consumer, Visa, Home Equity or Mortgage loans with a representative or by touch-tone phone. Our 24-hour Consumer Loan Call Center can usually give you an answer on your request while you're still online.
Report a lost or stolen Visa Card
If your card has been lost or stolen, call DCU immediately. After hours, report lost or stolen Visa Credit or Check Cards at 800.847.2911.
