PC Branch
Manage your accounts anytime through DCU's web site with PC Branch. Check your balances, make withdrawals, transfer funds between your accounts and to other members' accounts, pay bills online, make loan payments, get copies of cleared checks, order services online, and more from your home or office computer. All you need is your Member Number and password.
DCU Web Site
Get information on all of DCU's products, services, and rates online 24 hours a day. You can even apply for loans, shop for cars, order checks, use calculators, get the latest DCU news and special offers, shop for merchandise, purchase and track investments, send us an email, and much, much more.
Easy Touch Telephone Teller System
All of your accounts are just a phone call away with Easy Touch. Use it, FREE, 24 hours a day from any touch-tone phone. Call 508.263.6700 or 800.328.8797 and select 6.
ATMs*
Use your DCU Check Card FREE at any DCU ATM 24 hours a day. Make withdrawals, transfers between your accounts, deposits, and more. With Direct Deposit of your net pay, Social Security, or pension to your DCU Checking Account, you can make unlimited FREE transactions at over 250,000 non-DCU ATMs worldwide displaying the NYCE®, Cirrus®, Pulse®, Star®, SUMSM, Visa®, or CO-OP NetworkSM logos. 24-Hour Consumer Loan Call Center
Apply for loans 24 hours a day by calling 508.236.6700 or 800.328.8797 and selecting 3. A DCU representative will always be available to assist you. They may even approve your loan while you're on the line.

CU Service Centers®
As a DCU member, you can make deposits and perform other DCU transactions at thousands of CU Service Centers. CU Service Centers are part of a network of credit unions that accept member transactions on behalf of other credit unions.
Mail Branch
You can make a deposit to your account through the mail. DCU provides postage-paid Mail Branch Envelopes for you to mail your deposit. You can reorder Mail Branch Envelopes online. You can also request Mail Branch Envelopes by phone from our Information Center from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. weekdays and 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturdays, Eastern Time. Call 508.263.6700 or 800.328.8797. Whether you use these envelopes, or not, be sure to:
  • Endorse all checks "for deposit only."
  • Include your member number below the endorsement on all checks.
  • Indicate the savings/checking account number you want to deposit to or the loan account number to make a payment to. If none is indicated, we will deposit all funds into your DCU checking account.
You can see when your transaction is credited using PC Branch or Easy Touch Telephone Teller.
