DCU Visa Check Card / ATM Cards – One free card for ATM access and for purchases paid from your checking account.
DCU ATM Locations – All DCU ATMs are free to DCU members and give you access to all your accounts.
Network ATM Locations – You can use virtually every ATM everywhere to access your DCU accounts. These directories help you find them.
Deposit-Taking ATM Locations – Many networks have ATMs around the U.S. that accept deposits to your DCU account.
No-surcharge ATM Locations – There's never a surcharge when you use these ATMs to access your DCU accounts.

Fraudulent Activity Protection – We work closely with Visa to protect your account from fraud.
Order Replacement Plastic Cards (PC Branch Secure Form) – Use to order replacement Check Cards or ATM Cards if yours has been damaged. This secure form is accessible through PC Branch after you log in with your member number and password.
Report a Disputed Check Card or ATM Transaction (PC Branch Secure Form) – Use to report a transaction that you participated in, but are disputing with the merchant. This secure form is accessible through PC Branch after you log in with your member number and password.

Report a Lost or Stolen Visa Check Card or ATM Card – If your card has been lost or stolen, call DCU immediately at 508.263.6700 or 800.328.8797. After hours, report lost or stolen Visa Credit or Check Cards at 800.847.2911.

Direct Deposit – With direct deposit of your net pay, Social Security, or pension to your DCU Checking, all ATM transactions everywhere are free and we'll reimburse you up to $5.00 per month in non-DCU ATM surcharges.
