DCU's FREE FICO® Credit Score Service


By signing up to receive your FREE credit score in PC Branch you'll be able to monitor your credit score, receive two reasons why your credit score is not higher, and learn how to take positive steps towards improving your score. Other services such as this may cost you more than $165* annually. Through DCU you can receive your Equifax FICO Credit Score via Message Center once a month FREE.
After signing up, we'll present you with your Credit Score page on a monthly basis via Message Center.
To participate in our PC Branch Credit Score Service, you must use PC Branch. If you have any questions about the service please take a look at our FAQs on the FICO Credit Score Service. Please contact a member service representative for additional information if you are unable to register for the Service.

Easy to Sign Up
  • Simply log in to PC Branch and check your Message Center. By the end of the month you'll receive a Message Center Message asking you to agree to the Terms and Conditions of the program, and then you can simply select the "Show Me My Credit Score" Button.


  • In addition to the Message Center opt-in, you can contact us at 800.328.8797 or by emailing dcu@dcu.org with your request.
