Business Account Applications

• Sole Proprietor (.pdf format) - if you are in DCU's field of membership you can open a DCU Business Account
• Partnership, Limited Liability Partnership/Company, Corporation (.pdf format) - if all partners in your Partnership, members of your Limited Liability Company or stockholders or your Corporation are within DCU's field of membership, you can open a DCU Business Account.
  
  Resolution of Authority - DCU requires a resolution confirming that all business owners grant the authority to act on behalf of the business to the individual opening the membership, regardless of whether they themselves are being named on the account. If your business does not currently have such a resolution on record, you may choose one of the templates below to customize and have signed by the appropriate parties:
  
  A.) True Record of Resolution Duly Adopted (Word doc) - certification signed by the Secretary
  
  B.) Authorization Signed by All Business Owners (Word doc) - authorization signed by all business owners
